Terms of Service

Last Updated: October 2026

1. Agreement & Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using the SocialPay platform (the "Platform", "Service", "We", "Us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all terms and conditions set forth herein, you must immediately cease using the platform.

2. Account Eligibility & Registration

To create an account and access our services, micro-gigs, and skill courses, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent.
  • Provide accurate, truthful, and complete account details during registration.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities occurring under your account.
  • Operate only one (1) account per individual. Multiple accounts created by the same person to bypass platform limits or manipulate rewards will be permanently banned without refund.

3. Plan Enrollment & Platform Services

SocialPay offers two primary access membership tiers:

Standard Plan (₦15,000)

Grants access to foundational skill academy courses, standard social media micro-gigs, and basic blogging publishing tools.

Premium Plan (₦30,000)

Grants full access to all technical courses, priority social media tasks, elevated article publishing rewards, and priority support.

All enrollment payments are processed securely via PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. All enrollment fees are subject to our Refund Policy.

4. Social Media Micro-Gigs & Content Guidelines

Members participating in social media tasks (liking, commenting, following, sharing) and article/blog publishing must adhere strictly to performance guidelines:

  • Authentic Engagement: Social media micro-gigs must be performed using active, genuine social media profiles. The use of automated bots, fake scripts, or temporary accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • Content Originality: Articles submitted through the blogging portal must be original, non-plagiarized, and compliant with intellectual property laws. Submissions containing hate speech, illegal activities, or explicit content will be rejected and may result in account termination.
  • Verification: Proof of completed tasks must be submitted accurately. Fraudulent proof submissions will result in immediate forfeiture of earned rewards.

5. Payouts & Wallet Balance Rules

Members can accumulate rewards in their dashboard wallet by successfully completing verified social tasks or publishing approved articles.

  • Withdrawals are paid out directly into registered Nigerian bank accounts or OPay wallets verified under the member's account name.
  • SocialPay reserves the right to review and audit task submissions prior to processing payouts to ensure compliance with client campaign requirements.
  • Payout requests made via fraudulent activity, systemic manipulation, or bot automation will be canceled without notice.

6. Prohibited Activities & Account Suspension

The following activities are strictly prohibited on SocialPay:

  • Attempting to bypass portal security, reverse engineer platform code, or launch DDoS attacks.
  • Using offensive language or harassing platform support agents or fellow community members.
  • Misrepresenting SocialPay as an investment scheme, financial pyramid, or passive yield pool.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate suspension, account termination, and potential reporting to relevant legal authorities.

7. Limitation of Liability & Amendments

SocialPay shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, third-party social media network policy changes, or user errors. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
